Service areas
Where we start
The areas are ordered by starting situation, not by method. A mandate usually begins in one area and pulls two others in with it — cost pressure without project transparency stays symptom management.

- Processes have grown over time and no longer perform.Operational Excellence & EfficiencyAnalysing processes where the value is actually created.

How we work
How a mandate runs
Whatever the service area, every mandate follows the same sequence. It makes progress verifiable for the board, the advisory board and the shareholders — and fixes from the start how the mandate ends again.
- 01
Diagnosis
In one to two weeks a dependable picture emerges of costs, processes, leadership, project control and digital readiness — as a basis for decisions, not as a report.
- 02
Mandate clarity
Role, brief, decision paths, duration and the company’s own contribution are put in writing before the start. Everyone knows who decides what.
- 03
Fast stabilisation
What secures delivery reliability, quality and result in the short term comes first. The priority list stays short, the owners are named, escalation works.
- 04
Delivery
Measures run in the line — with a few dependable metrics, a fixed cadence and a steering group that actually decides.
- 05
Anchoring
Standards, routines and knowledge are documented and practised so the effect stays once the mandate ends.
- 06
Handover
What stands at the end is a line that runs: clarified roles, established metrics, leadership able to act. The handover is planned, not improvised.
