Röhrig Industrie Consulting is an operational consultancy that is accountable for the result. Our mandates come from industrial and mid-sized companies and from corporate business units — usually in phases where the board, the advisory board or a PE sponsor expects delivery they can rely on.
Our portfolio is organised into six service areas: interim management, transformation & restructuring, operational excellence, PMO & project control, digitalisation in industrial practice, and knowledge retention & succession readiness. Our sector focus is machinery and plant engineering, automotive suppliers, process industry, food and pharma.

At Röhrig Industrie Consulting, mandates are steered through liquidity, working capital, operational KPIs and an agreed reporting cadence — weekly on cash, monthly on structural matters, towards the board, the advisory board or the PE sponsor. That is how advice becomes a demonstrable contribution to the result.
Senior delivery means the mandate is led by experienced people at every stage. We do not delegate line responsibility to juniors and we do not staff for apparent team size. Where the mandate calls for it, we take on the operational line ourselves — with a clearly defined end point and a handover into the internal structure.
